Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and R. J. Associates and Co. (“we”, “us”), the developer of ETA System Doctor. They apply to the ETA System Doctor desktop application, the ETA Browser Guard browser extension, and this website (together, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, or by purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on the number of devices permitted by your plan, for as long as your license or subscription is active. This license is for your own use — you may not resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the software or your license key.

Some cleanup categories are available free of charge. Additional categories and features require an active paid license (“Pro”). Plan names, durations, device limits, and prices are shown on our Pricing page at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases; changes do not affect a license you have already paid for during its current term.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers — PayPal, Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Dodo Payments, or Paddle, depending on which option you choose at checkout. We never see or store your full card, bank, or wallet details; those are handled directly by the provider under its own terms and privacy policy. Prices shown in a currency other than the plan's reference currency are estimates for your convenience — the amount actually charged is set by the payment provider at checkout.

If a plan renews automatically, you will be charged at the start of each new term unless you cancel before it renews. You can cancel anytime by emailing das2techconsultancy@gmail.com — cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current term.

If you experience a technical problem with a paid license that we are unable to resolve, contact us at das2techconsultancy@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will review your request for a refund. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed outside this window.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service on a device you do not own or do not have permission to manage
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass license activation checks
• Share, publish, or resell your license key to third parties
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law

We may suspend or terminate a license used in violation of these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is”. While we test cleanup and optimization features carefully, we do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fix every performance issue on every device. You are responsible for backing up important data before running any cleanup operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, R. J. Associates and Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the license giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

If we change these Terms, we will update this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
